'Trade & Distribution Almanac Volume Five' is a forthcoming compilation CD of eclectic experimental music from all over the world. The collage artwork on the cover was created by Bjørn Hatleskog using a 1968 Freemans Catalogue which was discovered under the floorboards of Angus Keith's house in Clapton.

01.   HOWLROUND - BUSH FOUNTAINS VIP   (3:41)

HOWLROUND is a project from London-based sound artists, radio producers, and engineers Chris Weaver and Robin Fogíc (aka Robin the Fog) Their work has been released on The Fog Signals, A Year in the Country and Touch.

02.   SAN MORITZZ - RIDING WITH BUBBLES   (3:09)

SAN MORITZZ aka Dom Garwood is a London-based one man band that spins his keyboard into joyous shapes of cut-up pop riffage and disjointed rhythms. He can also be found playing clarinet on albums by Alexander Tucker, Land, Jess Bryant, Imbogodom, For Barry Ray and The Notorious Hi-Fi Killers. Dom is the younger sibling of folk musician Duke Garwood.

03.   BERNARD GRANCHER - DECALQUE 65   (4:13)

BERNARD GRANCHER is the host of the French radio show Great Bazaar Bernard Granche an avant-garde musician, who has been involved in the projects; Audace, Vas Deferens Organization and The GBBG Sexx Toys Akestra. His music has been released on labels like Poney Club International, La Souterraine and Ego Twister. This track will be featured on a forthcoming LP on Gonzaï Records due for release in 2016.

04.   RUTGER HAUSER - ONE IN THE EYE FOR CRAB MASK JOE   (4:06)

RUTGER HAUSER are an improvising experimental rock band from South-East London featuring John Harries (Sleeps in Oysters) on drums and Jamie Coe on bass/pedals, then rapidly and willfully expanded to include Jon Klaemint Hofgaard on guitar, Lisa Busby (Fingers in the Gloss, Sleeps in Oysters) and Ian Stonehouse on playback media and electronics and Rose Dagul (Rhosyn) on cello. They have released a self titled album on Adaadat and a split 10" with Eftus Spectun on their own imprint The Lumen Lake.

05.   COMPANY FUCK - GOLOUDORGOHOMO   (2:14)

COMPANY FUCK aka Scott Sinclair is a Berlin-based one-man noisecore karaoke explosion. Known for his energetic and unpredictable live shows, Company Fuck simultaneously performs (and parodies) the roles of DJ, MC, singer, and dancer in an irreverent yet loving way which satirizes musicians, the music business, and music in general. In his own unique way, Company Fuck transforms the stage into a hyper-violent karaoke bar of the future - and he may even persuade the audience to sing along. Company Fuck's music has been released by Solis Kanones, BRK, God Rekid, Hirntrust Grind Media and Omega Warefare Records. Along with Freeka Tet, Scott is also a member of noise duo Maxi Bacon.

06.   JEFFERSON AIRCRASH - SPRING BREAK   (4:28)

JEFFERSON AIRCRASH is the side-project of Milan-based video maker and VJ Rodolfo Valenti aka Junky Videoplasm. He recently released an album called 'Surrealistic Doom' on Dark Room.

07.   MARK WAGNER - CONCRETELY SPEAKING   (5:57)

MARK WAGNER is a mystical entity who composes, researches and performs sound & music in relation to spiritual awareness and esoteric development, working under various monikers, incarnations and with a multitude of outfits including H.U.M., Moon RA, S&M, Gnod, AHRKH WAGNER and more...

08.   JAIME GENOVART - PEGASUDORA   (2:27)

JAIME GENOVART is a Buenos Aires based musician and sound designer also working in film and TV. He has released work on Mikroton and Musica Genera, and collaborated with musicians like Christof Kurzmann, Kim Cascone, Pablo Reche and Zbigniew Karkowski. Jaime is also a member of the groups Audio Das Poly and Noema.

09.   ATOM TRUCK - EAT OUT ARMY FLEECE   (2:49)

ATOM TRUCK is noisy beat maker and Adaadat co-founder Angus Keith. He has released a split 7" of breakcore with Tokyo's DJ 100000000, as well as numerous compilation appearences under an array of different monikers including; Twin Turbo, Minblep, Excom and Pulse Patrol.

10.   THE BALL BROS - SEE THE BALL   (1:55)

THE BALL BROS is one of several side-projects by cousins Sam Langley and Oliver White, who run the record label Void of Ovals in their home town, Bristol. They are also known for their pop project The Dagger Brothers, although their main band is the more avant-garde Eftus Spectun. They have released music on Unlabel, The Lumen Lake and Seed Records, as well as their own imprint Void of Ovals.

11.   oMMM - MTV WHIPS AND CHAINS   (1:54)

oMMM aka Edmund Davie is a London-based, lo-fi electronic musician and 4-track aficionado. He has released two CD albums, 'Sound Art' and 'Testing the Equipment' and a split seven inch record with Japanese artist Shex on Adaadat. He has also released a 12" album called 'Parallel Lines Converge' on Alien Jams and a cassette called 'Re-Animator Volume One' on Exotic Pylon. Edmund Davie also works under the moniker Extractor Fan putting out five releases on Animal Fact Records. As well as producing work under the pseudonym DJ Negative Skills released through Tape Moderne.

12.   NATURALISMO - MUSCOMORPHA   (4:41)

NATURALISMO is a noise project from Hong Kong resident Gabriele de Seta. Immanentist field recordings, gentle noise, ironic minimalism, unprepared guitar solos, instrumental imperfectionism, derelict dub for postindustrial buildings, institutional ambient, improvisation against freedom, experimental authoritarianism. He has released work on Lips Infection, Swollen Avantgarde, Metzger Therapie, Placenta Recordings as well as his own label Monstres Par Exces. Gabriele is also a member of the groups Cassa Ufficio Malattie Tropicali and Caligine.

13.   THE ONE HE COULDN'T SAVE - WOOZY & INDECISIVE   (4:22)

THE ONE HE COULDN'T SAVE aka Cameron Corcoran is an experimental electronic producer hailing from Austin, Texas. This creature of the night can be seen lurking in the nation's dissenting underbelly. When he's not chiseling existential narrative into the bedrock of his hard-drive, this is what happens. Take it or leave it, his music is for inspiration and love.

14.   LEGSSS - IXES   (4:31)

LEGSSS is an alterego for Vancouver-based sound artist, producer and designer Frederick Brummer. He has also recorded under the moniker Deseptagon and his music has been released by 19-t, RDC REC, Neon and Adaadat. Frederick also performs with Spectrum Interview and the Vancouver Electronic Ensemble.

15.   MEDULLA MACTABILE MACULAE - HVERT SKRITT   (1:01)

MEDULLA MACTABILE MACULAE aka Mihailo Dragojevic is a multimedia artist born in Belgrade (Ex Yugoslavia). His compositions are based on spontaneous improvised sound experiments made mainly as soundtracks for the artist's own short film projects. Styles range from dark, electronic, industrial to noise ambient. To date he has published 5 official albums: 'Conditioning', 'Unsquarity', 'On Human', 'Lukter Luften' and 'Zemlja u Veni'. He has also had 3 tracks featured on the compilation 'In No Order of Importance' released by Serbian label 93.93.

16.   ALAN COURTIS - HAMILTONIAN AWN   (4:08)

ALAN COURTIS aka Reynols co-founder Anla Courtis is Argentina's most prolific noise maker, active since 1993 he has completed more than 300 solo and collaborative releases on numerous international labels. He has toured extensively in Japan, China, South-East Asia, Europe, USA, Australia, NZ, Latin America and even near the North Pole. He has collaborated with musicians like: Keiji Haino, Merzbow, Lee Ranaldo, Jim O'Rourke, Otomo Yoshihide, Pauline Oliveros, Eddie Prevost, Mats Gustafsson, Yoshimi P-We, Rick Bishop, Toshimaru Nakamura, L.A.F.M.S., Daniel Menche, Tetuzi Akiyamas, Rapoon, Uton, C.Spencer Yeh, Okyung Lee and Kemialliset Ystavat. Alan's music always has a strong experimental sense and is usually based on high-skilled techniques of prepared sound, tape manipulations, field recordings, electronics, objects, computer tools, playing traditional and unusual instruments (eg. unstringed guitar).

17.   CHRISTOS FANARAS - EARTH'S CORE   (2:23)

CHRISTOS FANARAS follows in the Greek lineage of ambient pioneers, like Vangelis and Iasos only with an emphasis on deep dark brooding soundscapes and space-age melancholia. He has been performing under the name Jack Shirt since 2006, and has recorded and released 7 solo CD albums on his own imprint Down Is Up. Alongside M.K. Hauser, Christos is one half of the project Masters both having previously played together in Agaskodo Teliverek. He also played bass and synth in Mothlite, drums in hypnagogic anti-band Temper Temper and keyboards in Moon Ra. Christos is currently a member of psychedelic drone duo Elephant House, together with Shenggy Shen, former member of China's first all-female punk band Hang on the Box.

18.   ENIAC - BEECHWOOD   (1:54)

ENIAC aka Fabio Battistetti is an Italian sound artist and author of performances based on the interaction between acoustic and electronic music. Since the end of 90's he's been involved in music production with releases on Acustronica, Almost Halloween Time, Chew-Z, Cathedral Transmissions, Creative Sources, Edison Box, Many Feet Under and Touchin' Bass. Nowadays he works in a constant relationship with the environment developing specific performances (Into the Wood) and visual works. His artistic approach is empathetic and of interconnection between various influences: fractals, glitches and minimalism.

19.   MATTHEW PRAIN - FURNACE   (3:44)

MATTHEW PRAIN is a Brisbane-based film composer and ambient electronic musician. He has won awards for his film scores, and has released two EPs and a full-length album. His music has also been featured on the electronic music blog Ilicitronix as well as Australian national radio stations. Creating unusual textures and sounds with music using niche electronic instruments has been his particular focus.

20.   ROMVELOPE - SQUATCHEE EMBELLISHMENT   (3:28)

ROMVELOPE is Adaadat co-founder, experimental musician and sound-artist Bjørn Hatleskog. His work explores the nature of feedback loops, noise and interference, and is located somewhere between electro acoustic music and sound sculptural bricolage. He has released music on the following labels; Adaadat, Benbecula, Seed, Open Sound Group, Rolax and Invitro.
